Todd Asti Founder & CEO

Todd Asti - Founder and CEO

Always at the forefront of technology, Todd brings 25 years of sales, management, marketing, and Federal sales management experience to DAL. Todd was the founder of Home and Grounds.com, Inc. (H&G); a successful internet lead generation web portal that provided leads and marketing services to vendors located throughout the Mid Atlantic area. In the summer of 2009, Todd - along with members of the DAL team - merged H&G into the DigitalAssemblyLine.com family.

Prior to DAL, Todd worked with United Systems Integration where he served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing. He has held management and senior sales positions with 3 fortune 100 technology companies: Wang Laboratories, EMC Corp. and Alcatel Systems (Formerly Newbridge Networks). He also worked with two network switch/routing start-ups that were responsible for the proliferation of the ATM and Ethernet Routing/Switching technologies currently used in LANS worldwide. Those companies, Artel Communications and SMC Corporation, eventually became a part of the Cisco Systems family of networking products.

Don King - Director of Technology

Don brings over thirty years of technology experience to the DAL team. Don has been with Digital Assembly Line since its founding and was a key player in the success of Home and Grounds.com, Inc. prior to its merger with DAL. In addition to an extensive programming background, Don brings 6 years of SEO development and management experience to DAL. Don provides hands on support and oversees all technical personnel on the DAL team. Prior to joining the staff at DAL, Don worked in various management and application development positions within both the Federal Government and the private sector.

Curtis Baker SEO Analyst

Curtis Baker - SEO Analyst

A web developer/designer and SEO analyst, Curtis Baker has been with the DAL team for over 7 years. With a thirst for technical knowledge, scrupulous attention to detail, and interest in all things graphics, Curtis wears many hats at DAL. In addition to web development and design, he provides various forms of PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, as well as analyzes, strategizes, and implements the latest SEO best practices. Once a prior client’s employee, Curtis brings an interesting vantage point to DAL, having set on both sides of the table. Prior to DAL, he served as the Creative Marketing Director for several government contractors. Curtis currently holds a TS security clearance.

At DAL, Ziv serves as a design expert who embodies marketing sense, strategic thinking, and a wealth of experience in providing sophisticated, elegant, user-centric design services for print and web communication.

Rebecca Filardo has a graduate degree in Technical Writing and a bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies. She has worked in web site design, development and content management since 1995. Rebecca has lived in the DC and Northern Virginia areas since 1999. She is a specialist on Digital Assembly Line's Search Engine Optimization team.

Katie Hickman Internet Marketing Stategist

Katie Hickman - Internet Marketing Specialist

A graduate of Washington College in Chestertown, Maryland, Katie Hickman has spent the last four years working within the areas of technical writing, marketing, research, and analysis in Washington DC and Northern Virginia. Holding experience in technical, journalistic, creative, and public marketing writing, editing, and document creation, Katie's responsibilities at Digital Assembly Line include content writing and managing Pay per Click campaigns.

Over the last two and a half years James has leveraged his knowledge of PPC (Pay Per Click) with continued education to become head of PPC strategy for DAL. James was the 5th DAL employee to pass the tough 3 hour Google ad words Professional test. His added knowledge of internet marking and web development are valuable resources when making analytical decisions and when developing Pay Per Click strategies. These additional strengths are also valuable assets when writing and deploying highly effective ads for our clients.
